I just today purchased a moderator from the Pellet Shop. Within a few minutes of the order being placed, a shipping label was created. I've also spoken to the owner on the phone a week or so ago. I didn't have to wait for a call back and I didn't have to go through a phone tree to get him. Unlike some of the "larger" air gun retailers. He gave me alot of time, answered all my questions, and was both friendly and knowledgeable. I'm brand new to air gunning. This experience will make me a return customer for sure!

I was taken care of again today. There was a missed item in my order and they promptly made it right. No sooner than I contacted them I get a call. Insta remedied !!
