Much like Google Reviews - members are allowed to create (1) unique thread for each vendor/manufacturer. You may "edit" your thread at any time to reflect any changes.
I had an order in with the pellet shop and a mistake was made. They made it good without any hassle, and that says volumes to me. I believe they have great customer service, and I really appreciate that.
