idk if this is co2 or air and I can't get the end cap off that they say use a coin with. Also estimated value? I have no use for it, but it's neat someone could appreciate it!

Might help if you post pics, Plainsman Challenger looks to be a pump air rifle not Co2 unless there's 2 models with that name.

Co2 pistol, takes coin to unscrew end plug. Nice looking gun!

Might get a big wide bladed screw driver as thick as slot put it in a padded vice and give that a try, or put in padded vice put coin in vice grips and give it a try.. trying it while holding in your hand theres little leverage and your fighting grip strength.
If you cant get cap off then gun is pretty much worth whatever parts can be salvaged off it.
Heres a idea on value, keep in mind Mikes always a little high on asking price..

Penetrating oil probably will Not help because there is an o-ring sealing the threads. You might try a low temperature heat gun to heat the tube, or just set it out in the sun on a warm day.
thanks I'll give both a try I kind of done the vice coin pliers and stuff and bent a quarter into, tried a good screw driver not much luck so I'll try heat next. Where does one even sell something like this?
