Every year spring time to me is rearrange the range. This year I got a little push from Mother Nature. I went through my pics and pick 1 for each year.
This is 2020 the first target, Center right. A little ruff.

2021 Major digging. The dump truck and excavator were easily my all time favorite toys. Never drove either before I scored them. The changes I did were endless. Had them both for 3 years and sold and miss them.
IMG_2723.jpeg
2021 the range is taking shape. Shoot between the rocks. Frying pans, were noisy.

2022 busy year on yard. In the fall of 22 I lined the range with 30 tons of rock.

2024 I finished my 6 year project on yard, so the range was abandoned.

And this is a month ago. Snow finishing its melt. Notice the maple at the top right.
IMG_1382.jpeg
One week later we had 3 days of freezing rain. That’s the same tree.
IMG_1464.jpeg
Power was dead so I cut off lines. No power 10 days.
It ripped up the range pretty good. That’s Iron wood bowing which I later pulled back with ropes and left tied down.

For the better part of this week I did a major cleanup. And have the sore body to prove it.
A member mentioned cinder blocks and I adopted the idea with I think success. The Maple that fell, I secured it up top and used it to hold 2 poles.
A little gravel to keep it clean when wet.

This is what I see from my bench. Will make a few small adjustments. I’m looking forward to smacking some targets.

This is 25 yds. to 35 yds. and have a section to the left of this range that can give me 48 yds, which is my next project. Already started. Crow

beautiful!

absolutely gorgeous there, looks like you live out in the woods like I do..
what a awesome range, although it looks like you have way too many targets to shoot.. would be hard to figure out which one first 🤣
with such a nice range, and so many targets, hopefully you have some friends that come by and shoot with you a bit.. if so it would have been nice if they could have dropped in and helped you with all the storm cleanup..
wonderful pictures.

Visiting my friend FRI & SAT my friend had again rearranged the range at our place, mainly taken the 30 M and moved it to 118 M
Also for the first time this year he mowed the field, even adding to the area that need to be mowed in the future, it take a while CUZ quite a few Sq M of area to do.

We could use your equipment for a day or so to in a major way make changes, not least hauling the 20 foot container to the back of the range, but also some earth berms we would want to move out of the way.

Me building the shot shed i made a mistake, really the whole thing should have been turned 15 - 25 degrees clockwise.

Due to extra compressor purchase, a few of the things planned for this year have to be postponed and / or altered.

WOW! That was really nice yearly updates on your range and boy, that last remake during the week must have been so exhausting! Looks fantastic and I know you will enjoy hearing the ka-tink during each shot!
Thanks. First physical job for the year and a killer, raking and shoveling. Moved about
3 tons of dirt and rock. The ground was soft from the thaw which made digging a breeze. Crow
Simply an amazing setup… Your earth moving abilities are duly noted. What an amazing private range, kudos to you Sir…🙏
Thanks. I loved running the machines. Crow

Thanks.
I’m living in cottage country. More and more families are doing the same. Lived the hustle and bustle for too many years.
The variety of targets keep you active. One day I’ll have a moving target travel through that maze.
No shooting visitors unfortunately. Don’t know anyone with springers. Crow
WOW.. and I thought I had a great setup. That is over the top cool.
I wouldn't even know what to shoot at first.
Betty Lou and I often come up with games for friendly competition. There are so many options for games there.
Thanks. Your right. It’s endless for options. The newest game ”The Gary” hit each target. Pack a lunch. Cro
Damm Crowski, what a nice range. How about i just close down and shoot at your place. Super nice.
I appreciate your thoughts.
Your range is to die for. You were easily my biggest influence.
You’re welcome any time. Thanks. Crow

I have 10 X 8 silhouette targets balanced on 4x4's, cut to fit and tied down. I place them from 25 to 50 yards in the back yard. I'll often see how accurate I am by going through them all with one or two springers. I keep track of my misses. Often just one or two misses, most on the longer shots. Takes a bit of time, and with all the knocking down it is very entertaining. I can only imagine how long it would take to hit each of your targets. Seems like a nice challenge ;-)... Cheers! Rick

@crowski - That is an awesome looking range, well done! That is one target rich environment!
Thanks. It’s worth the time. Crow
Both of you have ranges that the rest of us can only dream about!
Thanks. I’ve been dying to spend time on it. Been thinking about it, too long. Crow
Looks like Disneyland for an airgunner! NICE JOB!!!
Thanks, you don’t get bored. Crow
Wow! You have an air gun for every spinner and a spinner for every air gun, lol. Love it.
Hey Chris, thanks. And more to come. Crow
AWESOME... Certainly lots of targets to shoot!
