I’m finally getting a new range built. For testing purposes my current shooting range is somewhat limited. This new shooting lane should get me about 45 yards max. Will be a few weeks before it’s all done & ready to roll, but I’m super excited already.

Oh, for sure! That’s the idea. That little building to the right is my workshop. Door opens to the place I’m standing. That’s where the shooting bench will be. So, tune inside, come out and test

Thanks. That’s basically the very rear of my yard. The property to my left there used to be thick woods/brush. They developed it & are putting up 3 McMansions. There will be a fence put up just to the left, from corner to corner & I will shoot along the fence. Merry Christmas and happy New Year to you as well.

Nice I remember having 2.5 acres and loving the privacy, but now live in a subdivision that is not shooting friendly of any kind. I'm trying to get out of here and looking for a place that would be shooting friendly (at least airguns). Im looking forward to seeing the progressive photos of your range.

Looking good! I've got 60 to about 75 yards of permanent range depending on where I set my bench up. I usually keep it at 60 so I can stay in the shade.

I just cut down everything between the two big oaks to the far left and right in this pic to open things up. When I clear the stuff at the back of the field I'll have another 100yds for just under 300 total. I've got poison ivy all over me right now from doing that... yep there too.
