Lights for older Volvos are made in Estonia, seatbelts as well. Various other parts for various car companies are made in Estonia.
So, parts for guns might as well.
History wise, Estonia was occupied by russians through 1945-1991.

Understand EDGUN which is a Russia based company or at least very close in a surrounding country still ties together the network of manufacturing faculties that were once in the greater soviet union.
