Just to clarify...

4/7 to 4/13 challenge

Is the bull the dot or anything in the ring?

Keep shooting unti one falls outside bull?

I will shoot both pistol and rifle just need clarification.

How many shots it takes to hit the tiny dot (bullseye) at the center most point.

Not a target shooter anymore nor a photographer, but here’s how it went at my house. Not sure at what point I hit the dot, was just having fun. 1 magazine in each. Modified Priest I/II, standing benched, 47 yds. Thanks for the stress reliever.

Here is my entry to the challenge. The toilet paper themed targets gave me inspiration for a story and my daughter who is a film student agreed to join in and enable my childish behavior. Here is a photo of my target and of us just after we were done filming and it started raining. The video is the real treasure though. Hope you enjoy the film as much as we did making it.

Ok, I (we) must know: what camera was she using to record this?

I mean your shooting was phenomenal, too, but her “shooting” was just amazing 😎.



I’m considering another camera purchase, which is why I’d love to know!

My back yard entries:

PP700, Red Dot Scope, 10yds. It took 10 shots for the bottom target, then another 30 up top. I was seated, elbows resting on my knees pistol in both hands. 

The leak was fixed by changing out the check valve oring.

This one is my custom .177 S500 shooting NSA 15.5g slugs at about 20fpe. You may wonder why slugs at 30yds? 10-15mph winds is why. Otherwise I'd have used AA10.3g pellets. I was seated, forestock resting on the bipod, hamster on my knee and butt pad held with my free hand.

    For the week of 4/13 - 4/20 we've got something special planned. Rick Rehm of shooter1721 & I have come up with neat challenge. I'll update the original post on the first page with this weeks challenge. I hope these challenges bring ya a little joy.
