but when it’s pouring rain outside there’s no reason to put extra burden my Compressor (even though I’m sure it could handle it).

We can always count on you for a negative comment. Thanks!I am glad i do not need a noisy compressor . I only fill small tube guns , i have a very quiet small compressor .
All of the blue piping was already in place for my shop compressor and from my Hydro-dipping / cerakoting days. I just had to add a little clear tubing for the last leg, and of course punch through the wall in our hallway!I'd like someone to explain to me what might be wrong with thisI see absolutely nothing, just common sense taking dry air out of the house.. better for the compressor and the tanks bottles and guns..
honestly it's way more work than I would do.. I'd just bring it in the house to use.. but you might be filling more than I do..
plus it's a good way to keep less noise in the house.. that's a thing I don't like about the shop compressor listening to it run.
so this i think was a good idea although lots of work plumbing it all in..
if your wife puts up with you, you know you have a good one..
