A little back story.
I have a Theoben MKII that I got a while ago in .25 cal that has been an absolute blast. It originally went through Allen Z a few years before I grabbed it. Once I got it I was shooting it and finding something was off. After trying to get ahold of Allen, with no luck, I went looking and found Martin. After a quick talk with Martin my rifle was packed up and on its way down to him for him to do a complete reseal and fix anything that needed it.
He was able to get the gun shooting as it should have been. He added a '"V" block for filling without removing the bottle, as ell as adding a regulator. Once I got the rifle back I removed the steel bottle and added a larger carbon.
Once the rifle was done Martin called ans we chatted for a while. He was happy to find one of the rifles he originally built back in the UK still shooting and getting used.
Now for today.......I have another gun that is a higher powered 25 cal and don't really need a low powered 25. So I got to looking for a 22cal barrel and bits to get shooting. I couldn't find a barrel, and being as I wanted to tinker, I started drawing up an adapter to be able to use the FX liner system.
After a week of playing and talking with my machinist we came up with a design and started cutting.
Here is what I have so far. A little more tweaking and playing and I will have a functional part that will be able to swap barrels as needed.
