Here you go .... Rapid Reg Tester..
regtester_1_.jpg

One end is threaded for 3/8" BSPP for the Reg to screw into...
The other end 1/8" BSPP . I attached a Foster's male QD end.
You also can attach your hose directly if you wanted too.
So this will let you use the Gauge on your Fill Tank to read the pressure!!

To test your Rapid Reg.
Attach the Reg Tester to you tank/fill hose.
Then attach the reg to the Reg Tester. Make sure the bleeder valve is closed.
Now attach a full bottle to the Reg. You can watch your tanks gauge as it approaches the Cutoff Pressure.
If you want to test operation you can open the bleeder valve for a quick blast. This will cycle your Reg.
Once you are satisfied with the reading, unscrew the bottle by 1-2 turns
Then release all in the pressure in the fitting by using the bleeder valve..

A little helping hint of assembly of your Rapid with O-ring on the barrel adapter.
Push the barrel assembly through until the the 1st groove is visible, install it's O-ring.
Now keep on pushing until the 2nd groove appear... install the 2nd O-ring.
So now pull your barrel assembly into position and secure...
If you try install the O-ring first. Then push the barrel through.
Those O-ring will get sliced by the Barrel Pinch Clamp channel!!!!

Good Luck

I think I just did that Stuart! I got everything in the rifle and tested and I am still getting air blow by. So thinking I damaged the rings when pushing them in.

I will grab some more and try again. lol Though I am shooting pellets through the system so that is a good thing :D My goal would be to tune the rifle untill there is little to no sound coming from the rifle. Ideally looking for around 12-15 ftlb for usage in my yard and close areas of hunting.
