Theoben rapid 7 won’t fire

Solution
Here is a diagram of the barrel....

So Through Port is pointed down.. While the indexing dimple is pointed up.
So Just remove your scope and front ring. Loosen the indexing screw.
Pull the bolt back and lock it back in that rear notch.
Loosen the Barrel clamp and push the barrel slightly forward.
Just enough to see if the index dimple or Port is pointed UP.....
Yip that was the problem I did not know there was both on the barrel just turned it 180 deg and working fine.
Thanks to everyone who contributed your knowledge is valued.
barrel only .... With a transfer hole and a divot 180* opposed for stake screw indexing it.
PERHAPS ? Barrel now 180* out of being clocked with transfer port { hole } NOT being pointed downward ?
I had just double checked that and everything is lined up and locating correctly in the little locating hole.

But on reading your post I an understanding that there is also a transfer hole in the barrel so I need to remove the barrel and check for sure.

Oh, BTW...
You have a Rapid MKII.... You can tell this by the Trigger assembly...
That is a Mark 4 Trigger unit
So Your gun is a lot newer than the Rapid 7.... That was the First Model of the the Rapid line!!

So this model does use the Delrin Valve-body.. Make sure you don't Torque the index set-screw down!
Just screw it down until it bottoms out, back of by 1/8 turn......

Hint: to make sure the Slot in the valve-body is lined up...
put a little chalk..or nail polish in the slot....this will help visually line the Valve-Body.

Now just use a flashlight through the set-screw hole......

BTW.... I almost told you to a little Liquid-Paper... Showing my age......
