Couldn’t be more pleased with some of the best customer service. Quick to respond and even if its after hours. I had placed a pre-order for a Panthera in .30 600mm but wasn’t ready to continue with the unknown receiving day.
I cancelled my oder and was quickly refunded my monies minus fees which I totally understand and accepted willingly.
A few days go by and I shoot them a text via their chat, after hours mind you, and was surprised to receive an answer and letting me know they had received a 600mm in .25. I was on the fence but after some conversation went ahead and pulled the trigger. That was on Sunday and I received my Panthera this afternoon. Not only was there a t-shirt but a bag rest was also included.
