Yes, I bought an ATN X-Sight when they first came out. They were a beta model and not ready for the market. Every week there were downloads sent out. They kept promising that they were going to have all the "bugs" fixed on the next download. Less than half of the supposed feature worked and poorly at best. I had a 200# boar hog walk by at less than 30yds and with an excellent aftermarket illuminator I could barely make it out. ATN promised to refund people's money who weren't satisfied if they were within their return policy limit. I finally got tired of the promises and asked for a refund. It went on for months with ATN, the regional sales manager at that time, etc. I finally threatened to involve the States Attorney's office and a class action lawsuit. They finally issued me an RMA and a refund when they received the scope back.I would go Bering optics way before atn. But that is just person preference. when several dealers won’t carry atn it kinda lets you know something.
I swore I would never buy another ATN product!
