Okay, I admit that I grew up around parents that always said use proper spelling and structure.
In my early years of school this was especially difficult for me because though I was advanced in math and sciences, I lagged in reading and writing. To this day there are some common words I can never seem to correctly spell.
However, I do read what people have said or listen to what they said, and my brain thinks, " why did they use such a word that way?, it should have been "this or that". Also, I have lived overseas in Europe and I have at the same time hear non-native English speakers mess up on work context or tense, or inflection. As long as I understand what they are saying I let it slide. Also, I can't be a hypocrite, I speak two other languages, Danish and German and I am always making mistakes.
What I have more issues with is native English speakers always messing up and criticize others who don't speak English as their native language. Also, for the Americans, it is called ENGLISH not American, there is no language called American other than "American ENGLISH." Also, if YOU can't speak in fluently in someone else's native tongue perfectly don't criticize their English, however, it is fair to ask for clarification if you don't understand what they are saying. ALSO, folk is it is BACKYARD, not back yard, that means back of the yard not the name of the location of the yard in the back of the house.
