Also the PayPal agent added this about being covered : Use a Credit Card , not a debt or your bank account funds. Agent said you could dispute the charge because you never received your item and where scammed. I would check with my Card Company first just to be sure. You would need to use an online calculator to pay the added card fees so to seller receives the net price.
