Thinking of starting postal matches?

I shot heavy varmit both matches! Funny cause we new weather was coming and started early, Ist match I didn’t shoot to bad considering conditions? The front came in, wind settled a bit ( more consistent anyway) had a little confidence going in to 2nd match and did worse..., can’t blame anything but me!

Here’s my October target, getting cold in MI. It was 28deg. This morning, 41deg. When targets shot! Top group 10 shots- lower group 5 shots,l

Wind was switchy 3-5mph,These are nothing to brag about, but that’s all I could do today!

Cold here as well. Last FT match of the season this Sunday. Then busy the next two weekends and then away for a month. So I don't think I'll be shooting outside again this season. Never know though, can catch a warm calm day in Dec. perhaps.

Why would you limit your matches to .177 when WBR allows .20 and .22 ?

These are just for fun!, wanted to hi lite what a modern .177 PCP can do! ( most shooters of these sanctioned BR/FT competitions are much better shooters than I ) plus this is easy, no travel, liesurely RUN WHAT U BRUNG!, as long as it’s.177cal.

I'm going to give this a try tomorrow. I have a new FWB that i'm still vetting and I haven't done much 50yd group shooting. I also turned up my S500 to shoot the 15.5gr slugs at 800fps, and the I've been able to get the 18gr up to 760-770fps and want to see if it improves their performance. I'll post my pictures tomorrow.

I hope you do well, the wind & temps were killing me today! Not a good representation of what my gun can do, but a fair display of my ability to shoot it! Will be consentrating on my LV gun with what decent weather we have left?

I'm going to start with a dirty(for BR) barrel with both guns, then give them a cleaning, and me a chance to warm up then get back at it. Of course I'll leave to guns outside the whole time so there aren't any shifts.

Here are the dirty barrel groups. The 18g slugs suprised me once I got into the groove. It's 46f with light variable winds.

Ya it’s getting cold buddy!, not liking it, those are fine groups for new gun, and getting a feel for it!, I went out this morning TRIED to shoot a 25m card w/LV gun, not quite as cold but switching winds bad! Caught me as u can tell!(weather report!) SORRY should not of posted this here!
