Western Airguns This is how I was able to silence the Sidewinder .30 Cal.

I asked a new cap of the moderator to be made in order to receive, additionally, a Donny Moderator:

For deer hunting having a PCP as quiet as possible could be the difference among having your trophy or having a traumatic experience, no matter if you hit the deer perfectly.

At the shot, if the PCP is loud, the deer will runaway without any blood trail.

If the PCP is silent, the deer will receive the shot and will walk 10 steps before lying down to die just there.

So that's just a common thing animals share? When I hit iguanas with quiet guns they don't know what to do. But if it's loud they just sprint in whatever direction they are facing.

@JaceSpace1369 Pretty much from what I’ve seen in a variety of species. If they aren’t used to certain sounds, how would they know to fear them? This is part of what it means to “educate” an animal. That fear is learned and guess who the teachers are?
