N/A Thoughts on first shot low

Setting up my ft gun past couple days and have a few thoughts on first shot low for those looking for an answer to this problem.
1. Most regs Ive worked with seem to need a bit of time to settle in so it might take a day or 2 for it to get to a point where its going to stay
2 temp matters. If you set up your gun in 80* sunny weather then put it in 68* house for a day or 2 first shot will probably be low
3 spring and fall are notable times for trouble as air expands and contracts with temp so plenums will change pressure with temp change
Well this is my start. Hope when people look for it it helps

My P35s, made by SPA, will have a lower velocity on the first shot if I turn the hammer spring down 5% from the setting that gives peak velocity. At short range it doesn't affect POI much but at longer range it would. After the first shot the velocity is back where it belongs and steady. With a hammer spring setting closer to the peak, they do not do this. It varies some shot to shot.

So if you have a gun placing the first shot low I would check the velocity.

I have seen this at short range but it was me.
