thread dates ?

sure would be nice if an older post is answered or added to , the date would be in red not black ? Older as in original post was 6 months or more ago.

(not a computer guy so i have no idea what programing that would involve ?)

Not a bad idea by any means. I occasionally get notified of responses to my posts that are so old, I have to re read it from the beginning so I know what it's referring to. Many times about an observation of a gun I've long since sold. Maybe archive a post after a year prohibiting further responses to it. Let a new post occur with contemporary information pertaining to specified subject.

I guess it's sorta like folks...not using capital letters where normally required !!!
