Taipan says those o-rings are 4.48mm x 1.78 cs . I may have some spares it came with ( to measure ) but will have to look when I get home.

Yes, the spares that came with my Vet are 4.47 ID X 1.78 CS which crosses into a standard AS568 spec '008' O-ring.
