When i´m back in Germany is the next step to build a completely new hammervalve and seat with a 8.0 mm bore for 40 grain slugs at 1000 fps/90 footpound.
The limit with the original is 5.5mm. This is the bottleneck against more power on this gun.
A nice side effect is that you no longer have to set such high regulator pressures to quickly press the required amount of air through a small hole.

camo looks good on that gun. Also looks very quiet.

Now , i set the regulatorpressure from 160 up to 175 bar and reduce the hammerspring.....same 1000 fps (30.5 grain ZAN Slugs) ...but the gun needs 2 bar per shoot against 5 bar with 160. It works fine for 300 meters. The hammerspring is custommade...not standard, so not comparable.
The biggest factor is the wind at 300 meters.

Accuracy with ZAN 30.5 grain, with 1003 fps at 70 and 100 meters (10 shots) no Wind. 304 Mtr hunting photos to come. Shot with Pard night vision NV700LRV on the scope. Shot with 2 tripods, one for the rifle and one for the left arm. At the top right were settings. With these settings 50 shots are possible.
