Tired of waiting for FX .

Just a thought....if an item is not available thru regular local channels and a consumer is willing to pay possibly extra, why wouldn’t a manufacturer be ok with that? In the end every one is happy, the customer gets his item in an timely fashion, the manufacturer sells an item. What is the result of not attending to needs of a customer is a good percentage will look elsewhere.

i am example, been waiting on couple different FX guns for over 6 weeks and in the mean time, I have purchased 2 Daystate and a Huben rifle and may put off FX purchase at least till after the holidays

Global sales, distribution, and marketing are not as simple as a manufacturer selling an item direct to a consumer as needed. It seems there are contracts in place that cover distribution/sales of FX guns in certain regions, and while this can be quite advantageous for everyone during normal circumstances, it is obviously somewhat of a hindrance to business during these pandemic times that we are in.

But on the bright side, we are all learning from it, and the shape of international business will likely be changing as a result.

It's kind of like politics, common sense doesn't always have a seat at the table. In this case, one party would not be happy, the US dealer that is by-passed, probably in contravention of the protection guaranteed by the manufacturer. I expect there are cases in which the US dealer might agree to it, but the lawyers would go nuts, and the time involved in communicating and documenting the arrangement might, as a practical matter, be prohibitive. So, no one is especially happy, but everyone trudges forward under certain constraints. Well, I guess one person is happy, the lawyer, who has nothing at stake and always gets paid.

Thanks for all the comments guys...I know the virus has disrupted the supply chain and since guns have been flying of the shelves I guess suppliers have had a tough time keeping up with demand , but It Is frustrating ( at least for me ) when new stock keeps being pushed back . Anyway the Krale experiences , lesson learned mainly my fault for not reading " we do not ship to certain countries " In the description . But having said that they really should have some kind of program installed to prevent you from paying If like me you don't read the whole thing . I did send Krale an email pointing out the problem , there reply .... Thank you for your email. We indeed cannot ship rifles from FX to the US. We will cancel your order. You will receive a refund within 10 days! . LOL 10 days well maybe we might see some FX guns In stock by then .
