Georgia to Germany, 24 Inf to 1/11 ACR. The 24th changed their shoulder patch and I'm told the 1/11 ACR is no longer in Fulda Germany.

VS-28...What years? I was stationed at Cecil Field April 74 to 77 assigned to VS-28, we got the new S3a Vikings from North Island in 75...I got to fly back to Cecil in one...I was a parachute rigger...we later deployed on USS America to the Med. in '76. Small world.
BTW I jumped at Lakehurst NJ from a C47 to graduate PR A school in 74.
