If that is the case best thing to do is to go to therapy !!!What about if you get the urge to drag your gun behind your truck while off-roading?
Apples and oranges.I like the Evol but whenever I look at any rifle as a new candidate, the sidewinder appears in my mind to remember me that such new rifle won't give what the sidewinder already delivers perfectly.....
I DO like them !!!..... Each day more !!!My biggest thing with the sidewinder is it is almost 8 pounds unscoped and empty
Indeed ..... But I just shoot with one at a time.... And already have a bunch!Apples and oranges.
Yes, a TP adjuster like on the Brococks would increase the Evol’s versatility…I'm at 900fps with the 16gr FX pellets. Shoots the CPHPs very very well also. I don't always use the full fill. I like 250bar. I'll check tomorrow to see what I get exactly. But yeah such a fantastic gun around the farm. If it only had a TP adjuster for lower power needs it would be the ultimate all around gun for me.its got 95% of my needs covered just that would get it to 100%.
Yup I agree 100%Yes, a TP adjuster like on the Brococks would increase the Evol’s versatility…
@Dairyboy how do you like the 0 degree grip on your evol, I just put one on my panthera build and love it, pretty sure I will be putting one on my mini now.Welcome to the club! It would be hard for me to purchase another brand honestly. Just top of the line and can these little guns SHOOT! Have zero issue shooting this gun out past 100yds if wind is calm. Has never let me down. Just one of those guns you know will hit where your aiming. Cheap? Absolutely not but all the money wasted trying others and selling I could have had 4 of these lol

I love them! Ever since I tried one with a 0 degree grip I can't go back to an angled grip. Feels so much better. Did the same thing with a .22lr build bought a KRG Bravo stock to have a zero angle grip@Dairyboy how do you like the 0 degree grip on your evol, I just put one on my panthera build and love it, pretty sure I will be putting one on my mini now.
Wouldn't it be called 90 degrees grip ?I love them! Ever since I tried one with a 0 degree grip I can't go back to an angled grip. Feels so much better. Did the same thing with a .22lr build bought a KRG Bravo stock to have a zero angle grip
I just realized the guns I favor seem to have miniscule shot count, like the Evol and Taipan Short. I'd love a Lelya 2.0 also which would be lower also compared to most.
My shorty is dialed down to about 14.5 fpe in .22 It shoots the crossman 14.3 hollowpoints like a champ, and uses pretty much exactly one bar per shot.. So 110 shots from 250 to 140 bar! Crazy efficient little gun, and field mice in my backyard are not big fans of itMy Taipan Vet short gets 60-70 shots just under 18 fpe in .177 cal. Not bad for a 200cc tube.
Impressive. My .22 Shorty got 50 shots at 900fps with 16gr AA pellets when I had it. It's not a low amount at all just not anything compared to the 100s you can get with a 480cc and up bottle lots of people use these days. That's what I was meaningMy Taipan Vet short gets 60-70 shots just under 18 fpe in .177 cal. Not bad for a 200cc tube.
