What a headache this was! iMovie didn't talk to iPhoto. iPhoto lost my pics and vids. Had to take a 2 hour drive to get to the Apple store just to get things to the point where they would limp along. I like my computer, but I sure am getting close to testing out its flight time and physical durability!

I like my computer, but I sure am getting close to testing out its flight time and physical durability!

I don't have any issues either. But some folks are having trouble gripping the collar of their foster fittings to release them. The FX fosters are really nice and offer good grip to remove them. This little device should make it even easier. I still haven't installed it yet. It's been too cold and I've been too busy to even shoot!

It's the stock one. My Wildcat has the upgraded magazine indexing arm and a new laminate stock. Other than that, it's just like it was when it came out of the box.
Same thing with the Impact... and all my rifles for that matter. I've always been happy with the sound reductions from the factory.

Thanks for the video.
Can you please state what gauge (brand) and what size connectors used (inner is 1/8 npt, outer?)? Plz PM if you don't want to put the brand up here since you taped it for the video.
Need to test the regulator on mine to rule out the regulator causing high number of flyers in 250-200bar bottle pressure range and would be good to have these tools for the future as well.

My guess, by the looks of the fittings, the larger connections will be 1/4 npt. The gauge looks to be a wika gauge.

Yup, you guys are both right.
I've gotten almost all my high pressure stuff from here. They're not an airgun specific supplier, but they do have a section for paintball fittings (I know paintball uses different pressures). All of their fittings have pressure ratings in their descriptions. They're very nice and helpful over the phone too.

Thanks Tom and APerfectMiss. I read in another thread that the regulator gauge fitting is 1/8 BSP .. Will remove and get it confirmed as per Tom's advice.

Update:
It is with a heavy heart and many weeks of consideration that I have decided to sell my Impact. You'll see it in the classifieds section soon.
Why?
I could go on and on with a long boring description as to why I'm selling it but, it all boils down to ME as a shooter. I have always struggled with the Bullpup design. I don't feel that I am able shoot this rifle to its true potential. (Have you ever noticed that I hardly ever post pictures of groups? That's why.) That being said, I have managed to shoot my best group EVER out of it... ~1-3/8" at 125 yards. The rifle is doing its job, I'm not. Also, I am moving on to another chapter with my shooting and with my life. I am certainly not stepping away from airguns.
This rifle has been awesome since day 1! I have not experienced any issues with it that I didn't cause myself. Since its original release, FX has updated some external and internal parts. I decided to send it in to get everything up to current specs including getting the top rail changed out to a true picatinny. It came back to me and ended up having a minor trigger issue so, I sent it back in and got that sorted out quick. I brought it with me to EBR this year and Frederick himself looked over the whole rifle and put his exceptionally talented hands to work on it. So, there's no way (in my opinion), that this rifle isn't all it can be. What a tremendous machine! I have learned so much in the time I've owned this.
My only hope is that it goes to someone that will treat it right, enjoy it, and be able to shoot it at its maximum potential.
I'm still sorting through everything that I will be including with it. At this time all I can say is this... with all that is included, it will not be cheap. That's why I'm putting this post out here. A package like this one does not come along very often.
Please do not post any offers or potential trades in this thread. This is not a "for sale" ad.

I've been wanting to share my notes from my Impact Journal with all of you for your own benefit. I don't have my Impact anymore but, maybe this information could be helpful to someone.
Note: theres an area where I was chasing some low velocities. This was due to a setscrew backing out. I adjusted it and didn't re-apply locktite to it.

Ultimately, I ended up returning the regulator setting back to factory and only adjusting the power and level settings.
For those of you expecting a Crown in the near future, I would highly recommend starting a journal for it as soon as you get it, maybe even set it up before hand.
