Sent these messages and left my email address on all of them so they could communicate to me.
Just asking "what kind of one-way inlet valve I need to replace on one go THEIR Carette filter, NPT, BSP, BSPP and what size 1/8", 8mm". Since this is their product and their order #, which I also gave to them on the messages, one would think it requires little effort by them to resolve the issue and save bad reviews.
If they respond promptly to this, I will give credit but, again, this isn't good customer service and it has happened before, so there is a pattern.

Additionally, I sent 3 PM's on this website asking the same question and giving my order # for easier reference.
