Total noob with a 10 meter Air pistol

So I purchased a 10 meter air pistol just to practice for my bullseye 22 league when I can't make it to the range. It came with a 200 bar tank and a large fill adapter but after looking at the hand pump I ordered it looks like I may need another adapter. Anyone know the adapter that I need so I can get it ordered?

Only guessing you need a DIN to Foster quick connect adapter.

I bought a Hammerli AP20 Pro and the hand pump I got has a 8mm female quick disconnect.

Call Champions Choice and Pilkingtons to buy just the male Foster end piece to screw into the Hammerli fill adapter.

I think it's a lot cheaper just for the Foster male end nipple piece that you screw into your Hammerli included fill adapter.

Champions Choice or Pilkingtons call them and describe what you need.

So I ended up receiving the DIN adapter today and proceeded to fill my pistol tank. When I was done pumping I tried to release the bleed screw on the hand pump and the air from the cylinder started to escape. I am assuming I can just unscrew the cylinder from the hand pump and it will seal just like if I was unscrewing the full tank from the gun?

I would try to unscrew the cylinder 2 or 3 turns then bleed the pump.

Raydee,

If you pressurized the cylinder, with a handpump (or from a larger scuba tank), and release the bleed screw, you will loose all pressure in the cylinder. You need pressure behind the cylinder as you unscrew it, you'll hear the loss of air as you unscrew it. The faster you unscrew it, the less air you will lose.
