While I had 3 Tract Toric scopes (only one now), the need for any type of service never was needed.
Sorry for no help with your question, but they seem to be a good, solid company and will likely work things out amicably.
That warranty was one of the factors in my purchasing those scopes.

@Revoman Hey Mike when I read it, I was waiting for some small print BS. I didn’t find any. The lifetime warranty is even transferable. That’s awesome to me!! I’m seriously considering trying one. I’m still curious about how they handle warranty issues though.

Same as above. I had the 34mm 4.5-30X56 MOA ELR FFP Toric and it was a fantastic scope, glass was . I even had it on my 97K for a while..lol, no problems. Those guys are straight up nice and very helpful, I don't think you have any worries over their warranty.
