Where can I find a good carrying handle and stand for my Omega 100cf air tank?

It might not be what you're looking for but, I made my own out of scrap lumber. The velcro holds the base to the bottle. I originally used small bungees but, they didn't work well at all. The velcro is much better.
When it's time to move the setup, I just grab the neck of the bottle.
Also, I added 2 small strips of wood across the bottom and now it acts as a place for small stuff and pellet tins. Of course, the small stuff would fall out if I picked up the system but, I think the pellet tins have hung on in the past.
If you're looking for something pre-made, I know I've seen setups available at AoA.

There are a bunch of options available at dive shops-divers flea markets. I was fully expecting to fabricate one, the silicone netting and boots are also readily available. I hit a dive shop and got a molded pvc tank holder and boot. It weighs ounces and protects the tank if was ever to tip over.I bought a 10 fill card the owner gave them both to me. Old beat up wet suits make a great protector for the smaller tanks as others have posted.

My first setup was simple, lightweight and gives good protection. It consists of scrap carpet pad, inexpensive wood strips and scuba handle/straps. Plus a pipe insulation "holster" for the air hose. And it hangs nicely under my shooting table.

Got my handle and protective mesh from a local dive shop, trying to support the businesses round here but didn't have the base. I did end up buying the "anti-roll" base from Divers Direct, good call, based on your pics looks like it fits well.
For the strap, protective mesh and the anti-roll base I paid 30 bucks. Not bad at all to protect my tank.
Is it worth to get the boot as well?
Question, when you guys transport these tanks for filling where do you usually put them? Are they safe in the trunk? Backseat? With the base it it adequate to keep them from rolling around?

That setup looks good. When you get your tanks filled do they require you to expose the Hydro sticker info?
