What an amazing and refreshing experience I had with Jeff at Trenier Outdoors. This is a dealer that understands what costumer service is all about. I was looking a purchasing a Brocock Compatto and as I always do, I do an extensive search on the internet before I purchase anything. In my search I came across Trenier Outdoors, an unknown place by me even though it was only 2 1/2 hours away. On their site they had the Compatto listed twice, 1 with the Huggett at a higher price and one without. I emailed them asking about the higher price as I had seen on other sites the the Huggett was included. With in a very short time I received an email back from Jeff and he stated that indeed it would cost more if I wanted the Huggett. " I hate to loose a sale but would rather see you get a good deal." His exact words in the email. I really didn't think anything of it until the next day when I received another email from Jeff stating that he contacted the distributor and indeed the Huggett is included at the lower price. Jeff was very thankful for me catching this error. We sent a few emails back and for and he answered all my questions (by the way which was all on the same day) and he gave me a very good deal on a scope and Compatto package for helping him out. He got everything packed up and sent out that very same day. He also sent me a personal email letting me know it was on the way.
Do yourself a favor and also help out a dealer that knows how to treat a costumer right when looking for your air gun needs. The quick communication and great costumer service is a rare thing in this day of internet shopping (As we all know from other online dealers).
