I forgot to take a before picture but the seal was way lower than the metal. Did some research and head scratching. Gasket paper was mentioned and lots of other things on threads about fixing it....I remembered that I literally just need a rubber ring with flat on both sides.....PEN GRIPS!! It's a loooooong o-ring that can be cut to size after finding what diameter and all those good numbers. Thennnnn a series of trial amd error
but BAM! GOT IT! By putting the new cut part on first then adding the original o-ring with a little oil and elbow grease it was popped back in snug and swell. This thing feels twice as powerful 
I literally can tell the difference. My P17 was doing more damage than my trevox before; now its way past the p17
