N/A Trigger adjustable?

According to the manual I saw there is an adjustment behind the trigger blade. I wouldn't expect to get much out of it. Most budget guns are lawyer proofed so they can't become dangerous. A longer aftermarket screw will net you a lighter trigger in some cases. Be warned though, doing so may cause the sear to slip and cause the barrel to snap shut or fire unexpectedly. Always hold the barrel with one hand while loading a pellet OR load the pellet before the barrel is cocked fully rearward.

Thank you for the info and image. What I found was the trigger spring was in the screw slot making it look like a rivet.
I adjusted the screw and was able to get the 2nd stage pull down from 12 pounds to about 4 pounds. The screw was almost all the way out!
In the photo I moved the spring off to the left and I could see the screw slot for adjustment.
Where did you find the illustration ( manual ) and does it go into taking the air rifle completely apart?
All I've been able to find was a one page "manual" that shows nothing other than loading the rifle.
The previous owner put enough oil into the spring / compressor assembly that Dieseling is still an issue and I'd like to remove the excessive oil if I can.

Take some picture of the rear of the gun from the sides and bottom and I'll try to GUESS my way through tear down for you. Most guns are pretty straight forward

No expert on that stoeger , but I don't think that spring should be resting there .. something is incorrect

Thank you Northwoods22.
I need to take the rifle apart and clean the excess oil off of items 3-5 which should stop the dieseling from time to time.
I will try to find a close up image of the trigger assembly to see where that spring leg is supposed to be.
Apparently it is correctly placed over that screw.. just on appearance looked wrong . Sorry..

Wish I could get that french forum in English too.. lol.
