Tripods twist lock vs flip locks

What's the preferred fast setup in a tripod ...twist locks vs flip locks.

I think it’s a personal preference. Whichever you practice with and get used to deploying quickly should suffice. I prefer twist lock legs. Less room for slippage and I don’t have to worry about that locking mechanisms getting hooked/snagged on anything while moving from stand to stand.

For me twist lock and especially the ones on my Fatboy tripod because I only need to turn them a 1/4 turn to operate.
