Hit it with some satin black spray paint, matte clear coat and tru oil on the non stippled part

That stiple stamp looks like a easy way to get consistent results.
Instead of dremel, I use some power
I used 2 to 3 sizes of these round and a pointed burr, to randomize the hole size and placement
