Hi. I heard you have to post 10 messages to be able to sell an airgun here so............ first post. :eek:) HOW YA'LL DOIN??? MOD EDIT: CLASSIFIED AD REMOVED, (once I get approved to post in that thread!). I understand this is to prevent fraud, which is so annoying. I just posted a motorcycle online to sell and I'm already getting contacted by a dude who "Wants to buy it for his father remotely." LOL

You just came as close as humanly possible to posting a for sale add in the general discussion sub forum with your first post. Intentional or not, I’m not sure. Just know that there are a lot of guys on this forum that not too much slips by them.

So while you are at it you could casually mention how much you would like to get out of it too. I mean not what you are listing it for of course. Just a conversation about the theoretical sale price.

I’ve been around here for several years and you would not believe how many scammers have come on here to rip people off. Just be patient and let us get to know you before you get too antsy about selling something. Many of the seasoned folks here are very leery about buying anything from a new poster only interested in quickly selling and not contributing to our community.

For a fast sale, it’s easier to sell it on eBay. If you want to learn something along the way, take your time to browse the forum, post some questions, and maybe contribute something you think someone might like to hear. There is also a time constraint to your classifieds privilege, so making 10 “meaningful” posts in your first 10 minutes on the forum won’t help you.
