We all enjoyed (8 of us) a beautiful fall match this Saturday morning with shooters representing Tulsa, Oklahoma City and Wichita Ks.
The forcasted 100Deg weather that changed to 60's and light rain became 68 at match time with no rain, the wind was dead calm on the course.
The industrial/Farmer strength bug juice the gun club applied kept the crawlies at bay.
Our standing lane sported an new permanent and adjustable height Ranging post complete with pellet shelf thanks to Rick Cuccio's great fabrication skills.
The Troyer this month was a bit higher at 30.92 and the 40yard+ target blocks were hidden to prevent bracketing.
Inspired by the slouching Turkish Olympic pistol shooter,
Rick Cuccio pulled off a win with a 55/60 score.
Thom Davies was second with a 53 and
Curtis Nelson was third with a 51.
As per tradition, our 2nd place shooter presented the match winner the ever coveted TGC Trophy.
Match data is now posted on Airgun shoot.com https://airgunshoot.com/index.cfm Thank you Scott Cotton! (scotton)
an analysis of individual shooting is broken down by distance and forced lane position. It is compared to the match winner and identifies the distances/ positions you can practice on to improve. Also, The results for each target is compiled into a handy bar graph to show the overall percentage of hits per target. If you have a person willing to enter your match results, contact Scott for access. (I believe the software is compatible with those outside Gods' preferred Oklahoma/Texas area.)
For the Tulsa Crew,
Curtis Nelson
