Hammer spring tension can be adjusted by way of turning the end cap (disc) at the back of the receiver. Simply keep turning the cap clockwise in 1/4 turn increments until the velocity no longer increases. Then back off counterclockwise until the velocity falls to 95 – 97% of that maximum. So for example if it tops out at 900fps, back off the adjuster until it falls to somewhere in the range of 855 – 873fps.
That’s all you have to do to achieve a balanced state of tune…meaning the point at which consistency and efficiency are in harmony.
However if you decide you want to speed it up or slow it down, you need to adjust the regulator’s output pressure (setpoint). The regulator is internal so post back if you want to do that.
