Umarex Tuning the ZELOS Problem (SOLVED)

The ZELOS comes from the factory at 2000PSI regulator pressure and it can be turned up to 3000 PSI. When I turn it past 2500 PSI I get no increase in velocity. I would like to get my 25.4gr going 920 FPS but can only get a consistent 905 FPS. When I go to 2750 Reg Pressure the velocity goes down a bit to 890, the same velocity I can get at 2300 PSI reg.

Why does me velocity not go up between 2500 and 300 PSI? There is no HST adjustment that I know of on the Zelos. Is that the problem?

Once I increase the reg do I need to shoot it for a while for velocity to rise?

As Scoty42 noted. Have adjusted the hammer?

Found it. Did it. Got 25.39gr Reseigns going 913-917 every shot. Clover leaf hole at 50 yards the few shots I took. I'll shoot tomarrow morning at 50 and beyond.

Reg is at 2500 PSI and I turned the Hammer Sping in maybe 1 turn. I can't remember. You want to barely adjust the hammer spring. If it has no effect on velocity then bump up the reg a bit and shoot a few. Then up the Hammer a tiny bit and keep going back and forth.

I started at 2000psi factory, went to 2200, then HST, then went to 2500 accidently, then HST again and BAMM! It's possible I could have got this velocity at 2300. That's something to try.

The REG on my new rifle developed a leak in the sense it just passed on tank pressure to plenum.
Me not seeing that, went shooting happy fellow as i always try to be, and was just cut down by my brand new rifle barely able to get a slug out of the barrel.
Discovering the massive 300 BAR regulated pressure, i gave the drain screw a go and got the pressure down to the 100 BAR i was supposed to get.
And proceeded to shoot just fine for the rest of the day, though i am sure with a few days of sitting the pressure would have gone right back up.

Got myself a HUMA regulator, and of course also renovated the original one as i had the parts for it, but HUMA one performing just fine so no sense in putting the factory regulator back in the Two.

But for a few seconds that day i was WTF with my ( i believe it is called ) valve locked rifle, CUZ working against that much pressure, well even with a fancy smancy valve like in the Two, well just no chance.
