Tuxing carbon fiber bottle with valve included?

Heya,

I'm looking for a carbon fiber bottle (3 Liter) to carry when I do some plinking. I hate to carry my heavy 7 liter steel bottle in my garden.

I saw on Aliexpress a bottle that includes a valve aswell. I ask myself if I can trust the valve on the bottle.. I can fill the bottle myself with my compressor so filling won't be a problem.

Anyone has experience with this? I know the Tuxing carbon fiber bottles are good, I did my homework already on that

Bestfittings has kinda the same valve, but it costs much more.. Was more concerned that the valve would fail or pop off.. Would be horrible.

But I think I might buy a tuxing one.

Buy a 30 min 4500 psi scba tank you just need a cga-347 fill adapter and good to go. Those tanks really are higher quality made to go in burning buildings on your back. American made.

A year ago, I ordered 3 parts from Aliexpress from 2 companies. When the order came, 2 parts were broken and one part was out-of-spec and unusable.

I won't order anything else from China unless they have a stocking dealer in the US. YMMV.


Anyone know a US source who has good deals on tanks?

I just received the same setup from AliExpress. I filled to 250 bar to test for leaks and less than 12 hours later the valve gauge blew. The Tuxing bottle does seem to be very good but the valve....

not so much!

Good leak causing it to flip the bucket over. Actually, the valve assembly it's self seems to be pretty heavy duty but the gauge I received is diffidently not the one shown in the picture. They are sending me a new valve assembly. In the mean time, I ordered a decent looking gauge off Amazon.
