TX200 at 50 yards USBR

I don't think I have tried this before today. I shot a USBR target at 50 yards using my TX200 MKIII. I was shooting AA Field Heavy 10.3. Pellets are weight sorted and lubed. Wind was 0 to 10 mph (5 to 7 o'clock) with a temp of 50°F.

I shot a 158 which does not seem very good. I can do better for sure.

Ya, i like 50 myself. Not extreme but a better challenge then 10m or 25y..lol.

I shoot it more then any other distance. Mostly on irons (98.926% of the time)

I did try this with the gamo, cphp and gamo package scope this morning quick . not my best work, but fair enugh a little poi high change from last i shot it.

That is very good shooting considering all the factors. Springers really test a persons skill level. Maybe a bigger magnification factor would help the score.

Yes, when I am doing more dedicated 50 yard shooting I generally run a Mueller 40x56mm. The magnification here was sufficient in that there was no uncertainty about poa. The question was where would poi be? :)

I am waiting on the weather. Snowed here.
Ya, took a turn to the cooler side here ad well. Then that wind dont help.. this year the wind been like tex,ok, kan, near everyday.. not one outdoor ping pong match in a long time when we use to have them regularly. Im near sick of it blowing . Lol.. now its turned colder too boot.. i guess its called climate change..lol. I posted one today in my gamo thread. Nothing fancy just somthing to post for somthing to post not pcp ... Ya, 50 with a springer is about right shooting in my opinion not too easy not so hard / better challenge.

Enjoy.
