Tx200 Custom Stock Makers ?

I just got off the the phone with UPS to get pricing on shipping a stock that I want built by Mark Lawrence in the UK for tx200.The stock was going to cost me 900 but to get it shipped here $500. So I'm out. I have a cs1000 but need it taller for wftf, might just screw a 2x4 on it now! LP page is down and they haven't responded back to my emails in months. I think they went out of business

Need some US stock makers again.

Just got the final assembly done .... & an FYI, the stock LANDED was only @ $300 ( Tho understand an unfinished specimen )

While this threads a year old now, While it appears a non issue to get them into the USA, we waited IIRC @ 9 months to get the 6 stocks sent all at the same time. And also likely because we wanted Bare / Raw there was less profit than fully finished .. so likely we were getting bumped & bumped & bumped in line ?
Or LP is just that busy
took 12 weeks for my C1000 and it was no stippling or checkering , that was 2 years ago

Nice!!
I thought there was a post in the last few months that said they were going out of business?

Also, were you able to buy them without paying VAT? In conversing with them, he made it sound like he didn’t have a way to charge me without VAT. Another member purchased one and said he paid VAT from the US, so that turned me off.

As stated we waited a good 9 months and had given either deposit or prepayment and had been in contact threw the wait.
They got delivered ( not to me ) w/o a VAT charge, which did come as a BILL after the fact. IIRC it was @ $14 per stock x6.

As too the going out of buisness, was not aware of that or even watching as my FT friends were doing the transaction with them.
