What would be causing my gun to shoot 100 +/- fps slower for a shot or three after it rests say 2 minutes or more? After that it goes right back to where I have it tuned.

I'm no expert but..I might start with the regulator .. if there is no other strange sound in the shot cycle..n hammer strike is the same every time..regulator it is..

Fire a couple shots and then look at your reg gauge. Check back in a couple hours and see if the pressure has risen. A little bit of creep can be handled with the perfect hammer spring setting. A lot of creep has to be fixed.

You more than likely (like 100%) you have the older coned spring regulator.

consider upgrading the bottle manifold that has gauges for both the reg and bottle. Makes it easy to monitor pressure both upstream and downstream.
