My neighbors rats have been picky and not venturing off into “no rats land” and onto my property….ive had success the last 3 times I’ve used this.. less than 3 bucks off Amazon … the powerful bacon smell is irresistible!
Now, you are making ME hungryI've got some godawful smelling cheese that they love, maybe that and some of the bacon.....
Oh trust me I gave the cheese to the rats for a reason. Now, I can see a good blue with bacon bits....tomorrow when I go grocery shopping, I need to pick up more blue AND some bacon bits. I'll take one for the team. Now, you are making ME hungry
Let us know how it goes! Man I got another this morning! Soo super effectiveOh trust me I gave the cheese to the rats for a reason. Now, I can see a good blue with bacon bits....tomorrow when I go grocery shopping, I need to pick up more blue AND some bacon bits. I'll take one for the team.
Just a note, I'm eating this not feeding it to the rats, of which I think are gone...maybe...perhaps.Let us know how it goes! Man I got another this morning! Soo super effective
We catch rodents every time with some left over cold scrambled eggs. They freakin love scrambled eggs.Should throw some scrambled eggs with it.
And maybe some toast?
Exactly! I have a WYZE brand camera .. I love it! Super affordable and easy to setup.. I don’t have notifications on because it picks up tree branch movements in the wind. I have it setup on second floor soo I can use the extra IR light that’s cast from the cam… soo no need for an IR light on my rig .. yeah it’s a great bait! And a lil goes a long way! No need to make a buffet for master splinters..The Bac'n Bits are a good idea for a warm weather bait. No spoilage and would maintain their odor without attracting flies. Are you using a motion alarm for notifications or just in a spot that you can watch while having a cup of coffee?
That is diabolical...Sarge, swmbo, came back from the market this morning with a Hormel Bacon Bits container (real bacon bits - strong smelling).
Its what they had at the local Quickie Mart.
I promptly broke it open, and loaded a small spoonful onto my rat target range. Hopefully a day of roasting in the hot sun has sent its bacon goodness wafting over Rodent World.
I created a chicken wire cover for it to keep the coyotes from just lapping it up at night. Its big enough for a rat to enter, but not letting coyotes get at it.
