Well the auction ended last evening. The pistol sold for drumroll please. $370 pulse 21% auction fees and taxes so the person paid $447.00

I'm guessing the "1 of 500" is not a serial number, but stating it is part of a limited edition.

I know nothing of this specific item. But, if it's similar to other collectibles, it would have to be a .45 ACP, made by Colt. An off-shore knockoff of an air gun that commemorates a Colt .45 pistol probably isn't going to excite a collector. Shoot it and enjoy.
