Tuning Umarex Gauntlet 10x cartridge not turning to next round

Im relatively new to airguns and please excuse inexperience. I have recently purchased a Umarex Gauntlet .22 from a local retailer here in Los Angeles. Unfortunately. they do not provide support. I am having problem with the 10 round cartridge where the cartridge does not turn to the next round. After loading the cartridge according to the manual, and inserting into the Gauntlet cartridge holder, it will only take the first round but does not move to the second round after my first shot. I dont think there is enough tension to turn the cartridge and Im not sure how to correct this.

Any help I greatly appreciated.

UPDATE: This has been resolved. I found a video on YouTube on how fix this issue. The spring come off its hole and had to reseated.

There's an issue with that mod where sometimes the pellets on the next subsequent round could hang up and pop straight back out of the magazine while cycling when using short and light pellets just a FYI.
