Umarex Gauntlet: Tweaking the magazine

This technique is not new as we have been doing this to Benjamin Marauder Magazines for years. The information is not new but the presentation in the Gauntlet realm is. In this tutorial, I show you how to reduce or in most cases, eliminate the rotary magazine from damaging the skirts of your pellets.

This technique can be used on the Benjamin Marauder mags as well.

Tools Required:

• 5/64" Allen wrench.
• Compressed Air.​​
• A rat tail file like those used for chainsaw sharpening.

Thanks Haji, it was new information for me and I hadn't given the magazines any thought because they haven't given me any trouble. That being said, I take your point on the accuracy enhancement and now I have some work to do. It would be silly not to do this, having spent so much time on drilling different port sizes, after market parts and regulator rebuilding. I made the rookie error of thinking that I could ever be done with a project. Lesson learned.

Thanks for the tip! This would most likely apply the the mags for my Kral Puncher Breaker,as well. The mags are similar to my marauder so I feel the same basic premise would apply.
