Umarex Umarex Notos Can't Cock Lever

if it’s gritty just chuck the hammer up to a drill and spin the front 1/3 of the hammer on some sandpaper until smooth and slightly rounded off. the cocking lever has such a short action that the hammer wants to make a pivot when cocking the gun. smoothening and rounding the front of the hammer allows it to pull back without getting wedged in the block.

I follow the other path. I sharpen the shoulder after a high polish then knock off the burr with 3000 grit cloth.

Crisp, consistent breaks.

A dab of grease on the sear to smooth it out.
