What the dude said above me. Also if so you should clear the gun and take it apart and apply some light coating of silicone grease or moly grease to the spring and the bolt. This fixed my notos and could fix yours as well.

if it’s gritty just chuck the hammer up to a drill and spin the front 1/3 of the hammer on some sandpaper until smooth and slightly rounded off. the cocking lever has such a short action that the hammer wants to make a pivot when cocking the gun. smoothening and rounding the front of the hammer allows it to pull back without getting wedged in the block.
