I left a couple of cannisters of co2 in my Umarex 10 22 air rifle for a long time, and now, when i put in new cannisters and tighten them down, the air rushes out. I guess the problem must be the seals, but i'm not sure. I can't find a video or instructions that show how to replace, or clean, the seals. I hope someone here can help.

I sound like a broken record, get some 100% Silicone oil (viscosity 50) put it on your seals. Do not be stingy with the oil. MICROLUBROL 2oz bottle.
See if that works. You want the oil to coat the seals it is a cheap alternative to replacing the seals.

Brilliant...I joined this forum for this reason alone...cheers guys.. also if you google 'ruger umarex 10/22 seal' you'll see a UK company 'Bagnall and Kirkwood Airgun Spares'...they have found a new seal you can use for this

Due to my experience with gas guns, I would say you need a new seal.
The Co2 is really rough on that cartridge seal. Especially if you never lubed it with silicone.
