Have you tried making a K baffle design. Not sure if it would be effective as a 3d part i would think as a carbon blend filament you can make som unique textures on the outside wall to absorb like sound proofing. I wish i was skilled in 3d printing I would love to play around with this stuff

I have tried All kinds of different designs. With the area of the shroud being so small I did not notice any difference with any of the different designs. So I went with the ones that are the easiest to print and Strongest.

I tired all kinds of baffles, K baffles and other baffles. None made a difference. From my engineering classes its because of the area in the shroud, There is not much surface area. So instead of waiting space with different baffles, This style worked the best and easiest for the printer to print. Sticking a 1 peace part in the shroud means you waisted space and will not be as quite as these. I tried that also.

Like other options, it cuts the report but not as much as an exterior moderator.

These look cool but not as quiet as my simple sup cans. I tried something similar to this. Its all about surface area. The more surface area the more quiet. This style waist space.
